BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of £500 per person is required to secure your spot. Full payment or monthly instalments can be arranged as agreed at the time of booking.
PAYMENTS AND INSTALMENTS
Guests booking in advance may choose a monthly payment plan. Final payment must be completed by 31st January 2026.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
MINIMUM ATTENDANCE AND RESCHEDULING
To ensure a high-quality, personalized retreat experience, a minimum number of participants is required. In the unlikely event that the retreat does not meet this minimum, we reserve the right to reschedule to a later date. Guests will be informed and offered the option to receive a full refund of all payments made (including the deposit) or transfer their booking to the new date.
REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Bookings may be transferred to another person if agreed in advance with the organizers.
GENERAL
The retreat itinerary may be subject to minor adjustments due to weather, local conditions or operational requirements. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights, travel insurance and personal arrangements.
